显像管玻壳含铅粉尘中铅形态及提取方法研究

摘    要:显像管玻壳含铅粉尘组成复杂,铅含量高,潜在危害大,采用盐酸热循环浸取铅、冷析PbCl2的方法,可使铅的浸出率达95%以上,析出的PbCl2纯度可达95%~96%,为充分利用其铅资源,真正实现无害化提供了依据

The Research on the Lead Form in Lead Dust of the Glass Shell of Kinescope and Its Extraction

Abstract:There are complicated components and a large amount of lead in the lead dust of the glass shell of kinescope,so it has potential harm.Using the method that lead is leached out by hot circulating hydrochloric acid and lead chloride is cooling seperated,lead leaching rate can exceed 95%,purity of PbC12 seperated out is 95%-96%.Lead in the dust is fully utilized,turning the dust to be unharmful to people.
