基于RTW的过程控制实时仿真系统设计

摘    要:基于Matlab/RTW的功能研究,设计了一种半实物实时仿真平台。该平台由Simulink提供的驱动模块驱动I/O板卡完成实际现场与Matlab工作空间的数据交换,将实际系统引入到仿真回路里,实现了控制系统建模、分析、数字仿真和目标实现的一体化。结果表明系统实时性能良好,控制参数修改方便,可以完成各种控制算法的开发与测试。

Abstract:Based on the study of Matlab/RTW function,a real-time experiment simulation system is designed.On this platform,data transmission between practical process and Matlab workshop is carried out by an I/O card supported by Matlab,so that the practical system is imported to the simulation loop to realize the integration of system modeling,analysis,digital simulation and goal implementation.The simulation result shows that the system has good real-time performance,and parameters can be modified online.
