内燃机零部件CAPP系统的工艺设计实现

摘    要:内燃机零部件产品的生产方式已由少品种、大批量演变为多品种、变批量的生产形式,其相关技术也得到革新。从用户工艺活动模型入手,研究了内燃机零部件CAPP系统的工艺规程的设计方法。利用该CAPP系统生成的工艺规程实用性强、可移植性好,便于在不同的零部件企业推广,简化了工艺决策时的繁琐程度。

Abstract:The manufacturing manner of gas engine parts has been changed from large quantities and little kinds into varying quantities and more kinds,which results in renovating the correlating technique.Based on the the model of process planning,the CAPP design manner is studied in this paper.This CAPP system,good in practicability and application of transplant,can be used in different parts-manufacturing enterprises and simplify the decision-making of technique.
