摘    要:针对我国目前SO_2和颗粒物(特别是可吸入颗粒物PM_(10)污染严重的现状,通过对冲击式除尘装置的简单改造,开发了一种新型湿式除尘脱硫一体化装置。经过实验,证明本装置能够实现高效的除尘脱硫(其除尘效率达97.6%,脱硫效率达88.1%),尤其对细小颗粒物(d=0.2~1μm)的捕集效率为86%,大大高于一般的除尘装置,为我国的大气污染控制装置提高效率又辟一新途径。

Abstract:In our country ,SO2 and particles especially PM10 Pollution is serious at present. We develop a kind of wet integrated equipment by changing the impulsing deduster simply. By experiments, it proved that the new-type equipment has high efficiency of dust-removal and desulfurization(η(dust) = 97. 6%,μ (S) = 88. l%),and especially the collecting efficiency of fine particles(d = 0. 2-1 ηm)is higher(η= 86%)than normal dedusters. Based on this, it put forward a new way that can improve the efficiency of the equipments about air pollution control in our country.
