摘    要:为了采用紫外分光光度(UV)法测定替硝唑(tinidazole)-聚癸二酸酐缓释片剂的含量,并研究其释药特性,利用替硝唑在317 nm处有最大吸收、空白辅料无干扰进行研究,结果发现替硝唑质量浓度在5.0~100.0μg.mL-1范围内,含量与吸光度之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 68);样品的平均回收率为(99.94±1.54)%,RSD为1.54%(n=3)。释药结果表明,聚癸二酸酐对替硝唑的释放均呈一级释放动力学特征,回归系数R为96.2%,回归结果为Y=9.102 92+34.959 58t-3.274 58t2。结果表明该方法灵敏、专属、准确、操作简便,可用于替硝唑缓释片剂的含量测定。

Abstract:This is to develop a UV method for the determination of tinidazole-poly(sebacic anhydride) tablets,and study the drug release characteristic of the tablets.Because tinidazole was determined at 317nm and blank supplements had little interference,it is found that the calibration curve was linear(r=0.999 68) in the range of 5.0~100.0 μg·mL~(-1) for tinidazole,the mean recovery being((99.94)±1.54)%,with RSD of 1.54%(n=3) .The results of drug release demonstrated that the tinidazole-poly(sebacic anhydride) tablets followed first order release kinetics,the regression parameter was 96.2%,the regression equation was Y=9.102 92+34.959 58 t-3.274 58 t~2.As a result,it indicated that the method is sensitive,specific,accurate, simple and suitable for the determination of tinidazole preparations.
