硫化物微生物传感器的研究

摘    要:从硫铁矿的酸性土壤中分离、筛选出氧化硫硫杆菌,将其固定化制备微生物膜,再与氧电极组装成微生物传感器,用于样品中微量硫化物的测定。实验研究表明:该传感器响应S2-浓度线性范围为0.06~1.50mg/L;响应时间为3~6min;30d内测定500余次,灵敏度保持不变;取煤气站脱硫塔入口和出口煤气样品进行测定,与亚甲蓝比色法测定结果一致;取合成水样品进行回收率实验,结果为93.8%~105.0%

Abstract:Thiobacillus thioxidans was separated from acid soil.The microbial membrane,prepared by immobilized microorganisms,was attached to the surface of oxygen electrode to form microbial sensor for the determination of sulfide.The liner response range of the sensor is 0.06~1.50 mg/L and the response time is 3~6 min for sulfide.The sensitivity of the sensor was constant in 30 days and more than 500 assays.The microbial sensor was applied to the determination of gas samples.A good agreement was obtained between the microbial sensor and the methylene blue method.The recovery rates for sulfide added into water were 93.8%~105.0%.
