摘    要:介绍了形状记忆合金几种重要特性及主要类型,重点综述了医用TiNi形状记忆合金的发展现状及应用。资料表明,现有记忆合金中仅有TiNi合金能够同时满足化学和生物学可靠性要求,是目前医学上使用的唯一一种记忆合金。因其具有奇特的形状记忆效应、生物相容性、超弹性及优良的耐磨性,它在临床和医疗器械等方面获得了广泛的应用。但由于缺乏系统的研究,对于可靠而有效的表面处理还缺乏统一的认识,因此,这方面的工作还亟待补充和完善。

Abstract:Shape memory alloy (SMA) is a kind of new function material. The development and application of TiNi-based shape memory alloy in medical field have been summarized in this article. TiNi-based alloy is a unique SME used in medicine. It has been widely applied in clinic and medical treatment appliances and other fields thanks to the fact that its fancy shape memory effect, excellent bio-compatibility, super-elasticity,eminent wear-resistance and fine corrosion resistance. But up to now, systematic researches and understanding of reliable, effective surface treatment are still in want, so further research in this area should be reinforced and perfected.
