摘    要:在汽车制造工业中大量使用点焊,只有对不同材料选择不同的焊接工艺参数,才能实现优质焊接接头。本文以厚0.8 mm的08Al钢板点焊为研究对象,采用正交试验设计方法科学地安排试验过程,研究了焊接工艺参数与电阻点焊接头抗拉剪强度和断裂特征的关系。试验结果表明:当采用焊接时间为9 cyc,电极压力为1600 N,焊接电流为11.5 kA的参数组合时,可获得接头最佳力学性能和工艺性能。本研究可为选择电阻点焊的最佳工艺方案提供依据。

Abstract:Though spot-welding has long been used in automobile industry,in order to get high-grade joints,different welding technological parameter should be chosen according to different materials. In this paper the research object is 08A1 steel plate of 0. 8 mm thick. The effects of welding parameters on the tensile shear strength and fracture characteristic have been studied through a series of experiments using orthogonal experiment method. The results show that the optimum combined factor is welding time 9 eye, welding pressure 1 600 N and welding current 11.5 kA, which give the optimum mechanical and technological performances and can furnish evidence for choosing the optimum technological specification of spot-welded joints.
