摘    要:随着以天然气为原料制得合成气继而生产高品质液态烃工艺的日益成熟,天然气非催化部分氧化工艺越来越引起人们的关注。设计了一种预混非催化部分氧化工艺,采用自制预混燃烧器,对非预混和预混非催化部分氧化工艺进行了对比实验。采用CHEMKIN4.0中的预混燃烧模型,对实验过程进行了模拟,模拟结果与实验结果基本一致。结果表明:预混优于非预混非催化部分氧化工艺,温度低,无积炭,进一步验证了适合甲醇合成的最佳实验条件是V(O2)/V(CH4)为0.50,温度为900℃,压力约为100kPa,出口气体中V(H2)/V(CO)约为2.00。

Abstract:Non-premixed and premixed non-catalytic partial oxidation process were studied.Premixed combustor was used to non-catalytic partial oxidation process,with H2/CO ratio close to 2 in outlet gas.Effects of O2/CH4 on composition of outlet gas was studied in the constant temperature.The premixed combustion module of CHEMKIN4.0 was used to simulate experimental process,whose results were consistent with the experimental results.Process conditions optimazied to prepare methanol were as follows:Reaction temperature...
