复合板材传热动态特性研究

摘    要:针对传热过程实施实时有效的在线控制,需要了解复合板材传热的动态特性的特点,采用传递函数的方法对复合板材传热过程的动态特性进行了研究,得到了复合板材传热的传递函数,通过对简化的一阶、二阶和三阶近似传递函数解析解的计算机模拟仿真,对其精度进行了比较,结果表明采用二阶近似的传递函数可以很好地代表传热的动态过程,同时证明了其传热的不对称性,这一特性应在系统仿真和控制中予以考虑。

Abstract:In order to control heat conduct of complex boards on line,in time and efficiently,it is necessary to understand its dynamical characteristic.Here a research about dynamic characteristic of complex boards is carried out by means of transfer function.By simplifying the transfer function,first,second and third order approximate math models are obtained.The accuracy of different order math models are compared by computer simulating.The simulation results show that second order model can represents the dynamic process satisfactorily.Meantime the asymmetry of heat conduct is proved.This property should be taken into consideration in simulation and cotrol of systems.
