| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用PLC对火腿生产线上热合机（封合装置）进行控制的方法。采用油水润滑和热水软化系统，有效解决了热合过程中肠衣的脆性问题，并通过软件实现了与热合的同步，提高了成品率；变频器的引入，实现电机的平滑调速；高频振荡电路，采用高频分子振荡进行热合，解决了火腿生产中难以实现的自动化控制；动态输出显示模块的采用，实现了各参数的动态输出和静态显示，具有较好的可读性和稳定性。操作简单，维修方便。

| Abstract: | A method of PLC control system in the ham processing line is introduced in this paper.The crispness problems of the casing in the heat seal process are solved synchronism with heat seal realized by software,and the ratio of the product is greatly improved by using the oil and water lubrication and soften system;the smoothing speed regulation of motors are realized by introducing frequency converter,automation control,which are always difficult to realize in the ham processing line,using high frequency electronic oscillationg to heat seal in the high frequency oscillating circuits,dynamic outputs and static displays of parameters can be realized with display moduce of dynamic output.This system has better readability and stability,and it can be operated simply and maintained conveniently. |
