气体旋流喂丝枪的实验研究

摘    要:研制了针对国内炼钢设备现状的气体旋流喂丝枪。该喂丝枪可直接套装在导丝管外进入钢液或铁液内部。完成了在大气压下的水模拟试验和压力水试验。在水模拟试验中,观察到了液面漩涡、液中气囊以及环流和旋流;在压力水试验中,测试了喂丝枪与不同丝配合的极限压力,即喂丝枪的特性曲线。根据Pfizer的工业实验数据,合理选择喂丝工艺参数,预计使用气体旋流喂丝枪的钙收得率会超过30%。

Abstract:The gas rotary wire-feeding lance is developed for the present steel-making equipment.The lance can be used directly with the guide pipe.Water simulation and pressure water simulation are carried out.In water simulation,the vortex on the surface,the cavity and the recirculatory and rotary are observed.The characteristic curves of the lance coupled with different wires are disclosed in pressure water simulation.According to the test data from Pfizer,the recovery of calcium will be over 30% when using the gas rotary lance under ideal processing parameters.
