摘    要:以氢化物发生反应为为基础,利用自行设计制造的氢化物发生及吸收装置,设计了一种同步停流FIA分光光度法测定砷的系统,并将其用于污水中痕量砷的测定。实验选用AgNO_2-HNO_3-聚乙烯醇-乙醇混合液作为吸收液,样品测定速度为30次/h,相对标准偏差R.S.D=4.26%,该系统还具有操作简便的特点。

Abstract:A synchro-stopped-flow flow injection analysis (FIA) system with spectrophotometric detection was designed for the determination of trace arsenic in waste water. This FIA system is based on the reaction of hydride generation. The hydride generator and the absorbing device were of authors' own manufacture. The results show that this method is simple ,rapid ,sensitive and reproducible.
