粘胶纤维开棉机加压弹簧的最优设计

摘    要:在设计中以粘胶纤维开棉机弹簧体积最小作为最优化设计目标,以弹簧钢丝直径 d、弹簧中径 D2 及弹簧工作圈数 n 为设计变量,采用约束最优化方法直接解法中约束随机方向探索法对弹簧进行最优化设计,最优设计的结果:d = 10 m m , D2 = 52 m m ,n= 10 圈。

Abstract:The spring is designed by use of the smallest volume of pressure spring of viscose fiber opener as the aim of the optimum design,and the wire diameter d,the mean diameter D 2 and the working circle n as the design variables,and use the method of restrained random direction exploration of restrained surpassed direct solutions to design the optimum spring,And the results of optimum design are;d=10 mm,D 2=52 mm,n=10 round.
