| Abstract: | It's stepped a new stage of reform for the rural taxes and expenses.All-around development of the reform of the rural taxes and expenses has got a prominent effect,greatly reduced the peasants' burden, standardized the imposing system and stabled the rural social life orders,in the meantime,some contradictions and problems appeared. |
