| 摘 要： | 构建和谐护患关系是医疗卫生事业健康发展的必要条件。近年来护患关系成为关注的焦点之一,而造成护患关系矛盾因素是多方面的。医务工作者应当进行综合分析,研究如何从规范护理人员的行为着手,积极探讨建和谐护患关系的途径。
