中国动画教育与动画人才培养多样化体系的构建

动画产业是近几年来在中国新发展起来的较热门的产业，动画专业人员也成为社会急需的人才。然而，由于历史、经济等各种原因，我国的动画教育事业仍处于一种刚起步的状态，动画人才的培养模式也是不平衡的，不完善的。本文通过分析动画专业的特性，考察动画产业的发展状况以及结合教育模式多样化的相关知识点，尝试构建当代我国动画教育多样化的人才培养模式，以促使我国动画更健康、稳步的发展。

Chinese Animation Education and Animation Talented Person Develops Diversification Mode to Set Up

The animation industry is the popular one which has newly thrived in China recently, the animation professionals are also put in great demand. However, because of historical or economical reasons and so on, animation education in China is still in its beginning stages, and its educational mode is also out of balance and imperfect. By analyzing the features of animation industry and investigating its developing status quo and its diversity, this paper discusses such a try to build a talent-training mode for this emerging industry to propel its healthy and stable development.
