| 摘 要： | 城市基础设施建设项目有利于改变城市面貌,促进城市发展和经济增长,但投资大、建设时间长,在建设过程中存在诸多问题。为确保建设资金的有效使用,提高投资效益,逐步规范工程建设,必须抓住建设过程中带有倾向性的主要问题,提高审计组织水平、审计查证水平和审计执法水平,进一步深化城市基础设施建设项目审计,为政府宏观决策和社会经济发展服务。

| Abstract: | The construction projects of urban basic equipments benefit the changing of the urban appearances, promoting the development and economic increase.There are a lot of problems in the process of construction because of the great amount of investment and long time of construction.In order to insure the effective using of the construction fund,improve the investment efficiency,and regulate the project construction step by step,we should grasp the main problems with a tendency in the process of construction,improve the organizing level, checking level and legal level of the audit,deepen the audit of the construction project of urban basic equipment, and serve the macroscopic decision of government and the economic development of society. |
