摘    要:人才流失严重制约了一些高校的发展。因此,高校领导应从心理契约的角度分析人才流失的原因及对策,深入了解教师的需要,帮助教师解决实际困难,提高教师的心理满意度,在真正了解教师实际需要的基础上建立一种良好的心理契约,留住人才,用好人才。

Abstract:The loss of human resources in universities has severely restricted their development. Therefore, the authorities of universities should analyze the reasons and its resolutions through a new aspect: psychological contracts. So that they could know the needs of the teachers and try to help them solve their practical problems, improve their psychological satisfactions, build better psychological contracts with teachers on the basis of understanding their demands and keep them in the universities and completely cultivate their capacity.
