| 摘 要： | 农民是我国弱势群体的重要组成部分,需要进行有效的利益表达,否则将影响经济发展与社会稳定。分析农民利益表达的障碍,对障碍进行归因分析,并以此作为根据建立农民利益表达的有效机制,有利于保障农民权益,维护社会稳定。
