| 摘 要： | 在现实生活中,我国《宪法》赋予公民的平等的受教育权利未得到保障。要改变这一现象,就应当使违宪行为进行审查的制度司法化；这样才能确保公民权利保障和救济的途径顺畅,才能实现真正的宪政。

| Abstract: | The equal fight of receiving education which Constitution entrust to citizens has not be ensured in actuality life.We should let examination system of constitution-violation be of judicature in order to change this situation.Then it can guarantee the citizens' rights and unblockedness of the legal relief,so we can realize the real constitutionalism. |
