摘    要:CAE分析在发动机塑料进气歧管(Plastic Air Intake Manifold以下简称PAIM)的设计开发过程中起着至关重要的作用,可以对所设计的PAIM在产品化后的使用性能、NVH水平、生产的工艺性等进行预分析,对PAIM在设计阶段不合理的地方进行改进与优化,以免在产品化后出现工艺性差或改模等问题。振动预分析是在PAIM开模前一项重要的CAE分析,它可以预测发动机在运行条件下PAIM的振动水平,并进行产品的及时改进与优化,避免后期产品在整机上振动过大而导致改模。

Abstract:CAE analysis plays a significant role in the design and development of plastic air intake manifold(hereinafter PAIM).Before actual PAIM is made out,it can analyze the PAIM performance,NVH level and manufacturing procedure etc and can also optimize some inadequate links to avoid problems such as bad manufacture process or physical mould modification.As an important part of CAE analysis before PAIM mould,vibrant analysis can predict vibration level of running engines and optimize product design in advance in order to avoid physical mould modification due to excessive vibration.
