| 摘 要： | 绿色贸易壁垒，是指进口国政府以保护生态环境为宗旨、以限制进口保护贸易为目的、对进口产品设置的贸易障碍。我国应该在分析绿色贸易壁垒成因和表现形式的基础上，研究规避发达国家的绿色贸易壁垒的方法和对策，维护我国的合法利益。

| Abstract: | Green trade barrier refers to the behavior that the importing countries set up barriers to the import products for the purpose of protecting the ecological environment and national trade. We should analyze the reasons of Green trade barrier and its forms of presentation to come up with several methods and strategies to avoid the trade barriers of developed countries and finally safeguard the legal rights of our country. |
