论激励在大学生思想政治教育中的运用

摘    要:大学生思想政治教育是主体与客体、内因与外因相互作用的过程,需要充分激励大学生进行自我教育、自我管理、自我服务.大学生思想政治教育工作者要坚持整体性原则、主体性原则、灵活性原则和公平原则,针对大学生不同特点灵活运用政治激励、目标激励、情感激励等激励方法,做到晓之以理,动之以情,连之以利,导之以行,提高教育的针对性和实效性.

Abstract:University student's ideological and political education is the process of interaction of the subject and the object, and the internal cause and the external cause, which needs fully encouraging university students to carry on self-education, self- management, and self-service. Ideological and political educators of university student should follow the principles of unity, entity, flexibility and fairness, and flexibly apply such methods as politics encouraging, goal encouraging, emotion encouraging, based on the different characteristics of university students, aiming at pertinence and substantial results by talking sense, moving them with emotion, even with the profit, and guiding them in action.
