人口老龄化与医疗费用上涨的实证研究

老龄化被普遍认为是导致医疗费用迅速上涨的主要原因之一,相关研究纷纷讨论老龄化背景下医疗保障制度所经受的考验以及应对.但是,不管是微观层面还是宏观层面,人口老龄化在很大程度上导致了中国医疗费用的上涨仍然是一个悬而未决的问题.从宏观层面通过对中国各省市医疗费用支出面板数据的分析,考察人口老龄化对中国医疗费用上涨的确切影响,从而为应对老龄化以及医疗保障制度的进一步改革提供经验基础.

An Empirical Study on Population Aging and the Growth of Health Care Expenditure

Aging population is widely considered as one of the main reasons for the increase of the health care expenditure.There are various studies on the test on and the countermeasures of the medical security system in the context of populace aging.However,either considered from a micro-or macro-perspective,to what extent population aging has led to the rise of health care expenditure in China is still an unsettled problem.This paper,from the macro-perspective,and based on the panel data of medical expenses of all the provinces and municipalities in China,is to study the real impact of the aging population on the growth of health care expenditure so that it can shed light on the further reform of health care system in the context of population aging.
