摘    要:针对当代大学生个体存在差异性特征,文章探讨了使用差异化激励机制激发班级每个学生的强项和优势、兴趣和爱好,增强学生的自信心,塑造学生的成就意识,使每个学生在德智体美劳方面得到全面发展,力求使学生个体发展达到最优,从而实现学生所在班级整体最优。

Abstract:Based on the individual differences of contemporary university students,this paper discusses the use of differentiated motivation mechanism,so as to inspire each student's strengths,interests and hobbies,to enhance their self-confidence,and to cultivate their achievement awareness.Thus,the students individually can get improved morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and manually,to the greatest degree,so that the class as a whole can get developed as well as possible.
