协商民主理论与中国政党制度建设

协商民主是20世纪后期以来西方社会兴起的一种新型民主理论,它深化了我们对民主政治的认识。政党作为现代民主政治的重要基础,是立法和决策形成的重要参与者,协商民主理论必然涉及政党和政党制度。当代中国政党制度虽然不能按照西方协商民主的路径行进,但能够从协商民主理论中获得知识资源而不断得到补充和完善。

Deliberative Democracy Theory and Political System of China

As a new democratic theory which came into existence in the late 20th century western society, deliberative democracy has promoted public understanding of democracy. Party is an essential basis of modern democracy and plays an important role in legislation and decision-making, so theory of deliberative democracy is bound to involve political parties and party system. Though Party System in contemporary China can＇t proceed by the way of western Deliberative Democracy, it can acquire knowledge and improved from it.
