飞越北极航行时间模型的研究

摘    要:本模型采用多种算法,对飞越北极航行时间的有效性、适用性和复杂性进行了分析讨论。对于问题一,我们运用目测法和图上作业法建立模型,从理论上计算出飞机以两条不同航线飞行时所需的时间T1、T2,经比较得出结论:从北京(取北纬40度,东经116度)飞越北极抵达底特律(取北纬43度,西经83度)的飞行时间可节省4.0504小时。对于问题二,为了简化模型,我们大胆借用“在球体中,大圆的圆弧长度最短”的定理,假设“在旋转椭球体中,通过球心和该椭球体上任意两点所构成的平面截此椭球体所得的轨迹弧长最短”,在此基础上,通过运用QB编程及Maple软件计算,进一步对上述结论从数学理论上予以合理的解释,得出结论:从北京出发,飞越北极抵达底特律的飞行时间可节省4.0796小时。

Abstract:Using various calculation methods, this model analyzes the effectiveness, suitability and complexity of the flight time of crossing the North Pole. As for question 1, we set up a model by range estimation and picture work, and we calculate time 1 and time 2 flying across the North Pole in two different routes. We concluded that the flight time of crossing the North Pole starting from Beijing (taking 40 degree north latitude, and 116 degree east longitude) and landing at Detroit (taking 43 degree north latitude, 83 degree east longitude) is 4.0504 hours shorter. As for question 2 in order to simplify the model, we boldly use the theoreum that in a sphere, the arc length of the biggest circle is the shortest crossing the ellipsoid by the plane formed by the center and any other two points on the ellipsoid. On this basis, we calculate it by QB programming and Maple software, and give a further and reasonable explanation to the conclusion in terms of mathematic theory. Then we concluded that the flight time of crossing the North Pole by staring from Beijing and landing at Detroit is 4.0796 hours shorter.
