中国改革开放的历史回顾、基本经验与展望

从1978年党的十一届三中全会至今,中国的改革开放走过了30余年的伟大征程。30余年中,虽然取得了一系列伟大成就,但也存在一些值得高度重视的问题,可以说是＂七分成绩,三分失误＂。在此基础上,我们积累了一系列基本经验。展望未来,我们应该在科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的总体要求之下,进一步全面推进改革开放,努力实现全面小康的目标。
