| 摘 要： | 邓小平科技思想十分丰富 ,涉及科学技术的社会功能、发展方向、体制改革、对外开放、人才培养等诸多内容 ,主要体现为8个相互有内在联系的基本观点。这些思想和观点贯穿在建设有中国特色社会主义的理论和实践之中 ,有着鲜明的时代特征和较为完整的理论体系 ,是邓小平理论的重要组成部分之一。

| Abstract: | The rich idea on science and technology of Deng Xiaoping Theory includes many aspects such as the social function, development orientation, reform, open to the outside world and the personnel training of science and technology. It embodies eight inter-related basic ideas. These ideas are carried out in the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Idea on science and technology has the characteristics of the time and a comparative complete system and it is one important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory. |
