摘    要:"三成"教育指的是成人教育、成才教育和成功教育,在高校学生思想政治教育中具有突出的地位。文章分析了"三成"教育的内容、目标,提出了推进"三成"教育长效机制的对策。

Abstract:"Three-Becomes" education,namely,becoming mature,becoming talented,and becoming successful,plays a significant part in ideological and political education of college students.This paper analyses the contents and the objective of "Three Becomes" education,and furthermore puts forward the strategies to improve the long-term mechanism of this kind of education.
