微运动理念植入中学体育课程改革研究

摘    要:通过文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法对中学体育课程改革进行研究.从"微运动"理念与中学学校体育课程改革目标相似度的角度论证了"微运动"植入中学体育课程的可行性.研究对"微运动"登陆学校体育的优点和不足之处进行分析,认为"微运动"能够有效地促进学生终身体育,提高体育课堂的满意度,能为中学体育课程改革提供一定的参考.

A Research on High School PE Curriculum Reform with Mini Sports Involved

Abstract:This paper uses research methods of literature data, on-the-spot investigation, and interviews to research on middle school PE curriculum reform. It discusses the plausibility of implanting Mini Sports in high school PE curriculum from the perspective of the similarity of the concept of Mini Sports and that of high school PE curriculum reform. The merits and demits of Mini Sports involved in high school PE curriculum are discussed. It holds that Mini Sport could effectively enhance students' lifelong sports participation, improve in-class teaching satisfaction, and shed light on the high school curriculum reform.
