| Abstract: | Selecting implementing body of currency policy as the discussing point, this paper summarizes useful experience law force based on necessary economic knowledge. And then, standing on the shoulders of other scholars, this paper outlines the skeleton of central bank in order to analyze the currency policy which plays a important role in economic law in China. |
