| Abstract: | West China development should be based on establishing the goal and pattern of sustainable development and determining strategic points about basic facilities, ecological environment, industrial structure, education and science and open policy. Sound strategic deployments must be made and scientific and strategic measures must be taken to realize the sustainable development of west China. |
