| 摘 要： | 因三峡工程长期论证和各种原因，三峡库区经济十分落后，在大规模搬迁中，国家实施的是前期补偿政策，要达到移民“搬得出，安得稳，逐步能致富”的目标，必须尽快实施后期扶持政策和措施，其扶持资金筹措，扶持对象，扶持办法等亟待研究并纳入研究决策。

| Abstract: | The economy of the Three Gorges Reservoir area has been backward due to the long lasting demonstration of the Three Gorges project and other causes. The construction of the project results in the large-scale resettlement for which the state adopts a policy of compensation before resettlement. To achieve the target of making them relocate successfully and be better off, the state should implement an aiding policy after resettlement as soon as possible. How to raise the fund, who to aid and how to aid need urgent study and should be put in on the government decision-making agenda. |
