| 摘 要： | 拆除三峡库区淹没线下房屋及其附属物已成为当务之急，所以移民房屋拆迁补偿问题题既具有紧迫性，又具有实践性，移民房屋补偿标准的合理化解释及补偿形式多元化，补偿标准多元化及其补偿中特殊问题等即成为法律研究的重点。

| Abstract: | It is an urgent matter to remove the houses and their subsidiaries below the submerged line in the Three Gorges area. Thus the compensation for removing the private houses has become urgent and is of practice value. Its legal study should focus on the reasonable explanation of the compensation standard for removing houses and the diversified forms of compensation, the variation of standard and special cases arising in the compensation. |
