| Abstract: | This paper built up the comprehensive evaluating index system of human capital,comprehensively analyzed and studied the development level of human capital of 17 cities in Shandong Province,revealed the development level and spatial structure of human capital of Shandong,and generally grasped the present level of human capital development of 17 cities in Shandong.In national perspective,obvious differences of human capital's development existed in 17 cities.It is significant for the sustainable development of human capital of Shandong Province to evaluate the development level of human capital of 17 cities. |
