| 摘 要： | 探讨酸枣仁的抗抑郁作用及其机理；对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠应用酸枣仁处理，使用高效液相色谱法检测抑郁模型组、酸枣仁处理组和正常对照组脑组织中单胺类神经递质含量变化；酸枣仁有抗抑郁作用，可减少前额叶5-羟色胺和多巴胺含量；酸枣仁可能是通过减少前额叶5-羟色胺和多巴胺含量而发挥抗抑郁作用的。 |

| Abstract: | We investigate the monoamines mechanisms of antidepression effects of Astragalus membranaceus and treat depression mode rats with Astragalus membranaceus and use LA-A6HPLC to detect monoamines and their metabolic products in depression mode rats,Astragalus membranaceus treated depression mode rats and normal control rats. Astragalus membranaceus can reduce the concentration of 5-HT and DA in prefrontal cortex.Astragalus membranaceus may exert its antidepression effects by reducing the concentration of 5-HT and DA in prefrontal cortex. |
