摘    要:皂苷为木鳖子主要药效成分之一.本文对木鳖子皂苷的几种提取方法和分离纯化方法进行比较,以期得到一种能够快速简便的提取和纯化方法.考察了木鳖子皂苷的浸渍提取、超声提取、闪式提取对提取率的影响,并进行比较;把小鳖子皂苷的粗提物,分别采用正丁醇萃取和大孔吸附树脂法进行纯化.结果显示,超声提取的提取率最高;闪式提取时间最短;经大孔树脂处理纯度提高,为54.17%;超声或闪式提取结合大孔树脂纯化,成本低、操作简便易行、具有实用性.

Abstract:Saponins are the major effective components in Momordica cochinchinensis Spreng. The extraction and purification methods of the saponin were studied in order to obtain a quick and effective extraction and purification method. The methods of dipping extraction, ultrasonic and flash - extraction were used, and the extraction efficiencies of different methods were compared. The crude extract saponins were purified by macroporous resin and n - butanol alcohol extract, respectively. The results showed that ultraviolet method was of highest extraction efficiency, and flash - extraction consumed shortest time. The macroporous resin separation method obtained the highest purity of 54.17%. The ultraviolet of flash - extraction combined with macroporous resin purification was proved to be the low cost and effective method in real applications.
