| 摘 要： | 黄河三角洲是我国三大河口三角洲之一，其开发和建设一直得到国家和山东省的高度重视和支持，而东营市作为黄河三角洲的中心城市，其地质生态环境质量对黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的建设具有重大意义和作用．在分析东营市地质生态环境背景的基础上，确定其地质生态环境质量指标体系和评价方法，对东营市地质生态环境质量进行了评价和分区．依据地质生态环境质量评价结果，对东营市重大工程布局的适宜性提出了建设性意见．

| Abstract: | The Yellow River delta is one of the three river delta in our country. Its development and construction are always paid great attention and support by Shandong province and our country. Because of the center of the Yellow River delta of Dongying city, its geological ecological environment quality has great significance and effect to the Yellow River delta. The paper through the background of geological ecological environment in Dongying city, and then on the base of evaluation method researched the geological ecological environmental quality assessment results. Basing on these results, we put forward some constructive suggestions for the city major project in Dongying city. |
