| 摘 要： | 转方式，调结构，推进旅游产业转型升级是济南市旅游产业发展到一定阶段的必然选择．笔者试图在分析旅游产业转型升级内涵的基础上，对济南市旅游产业转型升级的优势和制约因素进行深入探讨，进而尝试性的提出旅游产业转型升级过程中所采取的战略措施，以便更好的促进济南市旅游产业的快速持续发展．

| Abstract: | Turning the way and the structure, promoting the transformation, and upgrading of Jinan city tourism industry is an inevitable choice when the tourism industry is developed to a certain stage. This paper tries to analyze tourism industry on the basis of the content of the transformation and upgrade of the tourism industry in Jinan city. Upgrade advantage and restricting factors are discussed, and the strategetic measures are put forward, in order to better promote the tourism industry of jinan city fast and continuous development. |
