摘    要:通过对天然植物(菠菜和黄瓜)超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的提取并用氮蓝四唑(NBT)法活力测定,以相同条件下处理的含SOD的医药产品(如大宝SOD蜜)作对照.实验采用氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)为显色剂,以酶标法测定SOD对其变色反应的抑制作用,以抑制率来反映酶活力强弱.结果表明:菠菜叶SOD活力较高,大宝SOD蜜中SOD活力在多数情况下与同质量的菠菜叶比略偏低,黄瓜果肉中SOD活力最低,菠菜叶具有较良好的抗氧化效果,所以可能作为药用或化妆品用SOD来源.

Abstract:Abstract The increasingly popularized cosmetics are oftentimes added with antioxidants to decelerate the cutaneous aging, among which superoxide dismutase (SOD) is commonly used. It is not clear whether these cosmetics contain enough concentration of SOD to work effectively as expected. Furthermore, spectrophotometry is widely applied to measuring the activity of SOD in the lab. Therefore, we took advantage of this method, with Nitro -Blue tetrazolium chloride (NBT) as the dye, to test the SOD activity of such cosmetics products as Dabao SOD cream and compare it with SOD activity of other plants cells, such as cells of spinach leaves and cucumber fruit that are supposed to be rich in SOD. The results indicated that, prepared in same mass, spinach cells exhibited the highest SOD activity, followed by Dabao cream and cucumber fruit cells. Moreover, while cucumber and spinach leave cells showed higher SOD activity after they had been purified, the opposite happened to the Dabao cream samples, which suggests that an improved method is needed to treat these cosmetic samples that are usually abundant in oil and other hydrophobic aromatic molecules.
