摘    要:提出一种新的投影栅三维形貌测量的实现方法.由计算机生成标准正弦分布的栅线条纹,利用数字投影仪投射到参考平面上;由CCD摄像机分别采集放置待测物体前后的两幅栅线图,根据傅里叶变换法解调出物体的三维形貌.实验系统对环境要求低,投影栅线所含的噪声较小。测量精度较高,具有一定的实际应用价值.

Abstract:A novel method for 3 - D shape measurement is presented. A fringe pattern produced by a computer, which enjoys sinusoidal distribution of gray scale, is projected on the reference - plane by a LCD projector. Reference image and deformed image are captured by a CCD camera. Then the whole shape of the test object can be calculated by Fourier transform of the two images. The demand of system for environment is lower and the fringes have less noise. Some measurement results are offered. These results show that the system enjoys higher precision and further applications besides its simplicity.
