| Abstract: | The Yellow River Delta is a pice of treasured land awaiting prompt exploitation. This paper starts with the analysis of the favourable conditions and estrictive factors of the resources and environment in this area, and probes into the effective ways of rational exploitation in order to promote the economic development of the Delta. |
