摘    要:采用高频溅射制备了Fe/SnO2非晶多层膜,当SnO2层厚度ds固定为5mm时,样品的饱和磁化强度Ms随Fe层厚度dm的减小而降低,这主要受死层效应和维度效应的影响,样品在dm很小时,呈现准二维磁性,样品的居里温度Ic随dm的减小而单调下降,当Fe层固定为2ng时,Ms随ds的减小而升高。

Abstract:Magnetic multilayered films of amorphous Fe/SnO 2 have been prepared by rf sputtering method.The magnetic measurements showed that the saturation magnetization M s of the samples decreases with lowering the thickness of Fe layers( d m ) while keeping the thickness of SnO 2 ( d s )as 5 nm.It is due to magnetic dead layers and dimension effect.The samples are in quasi-two-dimensional magnetic state when d m is small.The Curie temperature T c of the samples decreases monotonously with decreasing d m ,and M s increases with decreasing d s while keeping d 2 =2 nm.
