人造沸石及浸提剂对植物脯氨酸含量测定的影响

摘    要:采用测定植物叶片中游离脯氨酸含量的改进乙醇法和磺基水杨酸法,比较分析了人造沸石和浸提剂测定结果的影响。结果表明:人造沸石吸附作用明显,普遍降低脯氨酸回收率,使样品测定值下降;磺基水杨酸做浸提剂样品回收率高,方法简便、准确可靠。

Abstract:The effects of permutet and extractants on the content determination of free Proline in plant leaves were studied.The results showed that Proline was distinctly absorbed by permutet,and as results,the recovery rates of Proline were lower and the contents determined in plant leaves reduced oberviously.The method using sulfosalicylic acid as extractant was better than that using alcohol because of its higher Proline recovery rate,uncomplicated steps,and higher accuracy.
