| 摘 要： | 采用基于彩色的图像处理方法，对边界模糊，颜色不均匀并有彩色连带组织的细胞切片实现了分割和计数，提出了一种新的细胞计数方法，其计数准确性极高，对颗粒状目标，尤其是对医学图像中的彩色切片细胞的计数具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | By adopting the image processing methods based on multicolor,we have obtained the segmentation and count of the slice cells,though the borderlines of the cells are illegible and the color of the cells is asymmetry and there is colorful tissue between the cells.We have worked out a new cell count arithmetic and the exact of the arithmetic is very high.It is important to the count of discrete objects,especially to the medical color slice cells. |
