| 摘 要： | 黄河断流不仅给下游沿黄地区的工农业生产和人民生活造成严重困难，而且对黄河下游防汛及河口三角洲的生态环境也造成不利影响。因此必须把黄河下游断流作为一个重大的课题进行研究解决。以下分析了黄河下游断流的原因和危害，并指出了治理措施。

| Abstract: | The flow breaks of the Yellow
River lower reach have serious troubles and harmful effects not only on the industrial and
agricultral production and the living of the people but also on the flood_control in the lower reache
of the Yellow River.At the same time,the breaks have made unfavourable influence on the
ecological environments of the Huanghe Delta.Therefore,the break must be regarded as an
important question for study and discussion. |
