山东省区域城乡一体化的定量分析与研究

在分析了影响城乡融合诸多因素的基础上，运用客观赋权法构建了一套用以反映区域城乡关系发展特征及程度的评价指标体系；并用此评价指标体系的综合评价值——城乡关联度对山东省17地市2001年城乡发展状态进行静态评价，评价结果反映出山东省城乡一体化水平从东向西逐步降低；山东省经济二元结构一定程度上决定了城乡一体化发展水平的空问格局；城乡一体化水平与城市化水平没有直接的正相关性．最后根据不同的城市化水平和城乡关联水平的类型提出推进山东省城乡一体化进程的几点措施．

A QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS AND STUDY OF REGIONAL URBAN- RURAL INTERACTION IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

To evaluate the status and development extent of the urban-rural relationship scientifically is one of the key questions in the research of urban-rural interaction.Based on the analysis of the representation,characterization and influencing factors of urban-rural interaction,the paper constructed the evaluating indicator system by the objective weight defining method.By this system,the comprehensive evaluation indicator correlative-degree of urban and rural areas was used to evaluate the development level of urban-rural interaction in the 17 regions of Shandong in 2001.The result of evaluation revealed that the urban-rural interaction in Shandong province is gradually reducing from the east to the west,the duality structure of Shandong economy to some extent decided the spatial patterns of urban-rural interaction level and there is no direct positive-relationship between the level of urban-rural interaction and urbanization.Finally,according to the different type of urbanization and urban-rural interaction,the author put forward several measures to improve the urban-rural interaction process in Shandong province.
