| Abstract: | Based on the review of the historical development of the geography education in China, the improvement of the quality of teaching, the cultivation of qualified teachers of geography in middle schools, and the ways of serving the elementary education well are explored, from the aspects of correcting the school-running thinking, reforming the content of courses and teaching methods, strengthening the building up of a contingent of qualified teachers and correctly handling the relationship between teaching and scientific research. |
